Do I need to supply my own insurance?
+
-

In addition to the above fees, it is renter’s responsibility to obtain and pay separately for liability insurance (as well as liquor liability insurance if applicable). If you already have insurance, your best option for insurance is to contact your present carrier and ask for a rider to cover your event. If you do not have insurance, you may obtain a special event insurance policy (including liquor liability if applicable) from the carrier of your choosing.

For smaller events, a signed liability waiver from all participants may be provided in lieu of Insurance.

Further information about our insurance policy is available here.
